One of our skilled trainers will take you through a complete, full body training session that tones, improves cardiovascular fitness, burns calories, strengthens the core and improves posture. Each workout is adjusted to the appropriate intensity for your fitness level.
30-minutes for $30 (this price can be split by up to 5 people if you want to work out with friends, coworkers or family)
60-minutes for $55 (this price can be split by up to 5 people if you want to work out with friends, coworkers or family)
Postural Analysis Session: 30-minutes for $30
Carrie will thoroughly assess your posture to find any deviations in the spine, pelvis, feet or scapula. Correcting these deviations helps balance the muscles and can help eliminate issues such as back pain, knee pain, neck pain, etc.
Pilates Private Sessions: 60-minutes for $55 or a duet for $35 per person
Sessions are personally tailored to your goals and needs as well as your body's strengths and weaknesses. Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on core strength, streamlines the body, lengthens the muscles and corrects structural and muscular imbalances.
