Monday Mat Pilates Express
35 minutes of core tightening, toning, muscle elongation and increased flexibility. Helps strengthen muscle tone of the waist, hips, thighs, back and shoulders, while improving posture.
Tuesday Tuck, Tone, Tighten
45 minutes of strength training to build lean muscle mass, increase metabolism and burn mega-calories.
Wednesday Spin to the Beat
45 minutes of sweating to your favorite tunes! Control your own resistance making the pedaling as easy or as difficult as you choose while spinning to the pace of the music. Requests are encouraged, so please let us know what you’d like to hear!
Thursday Tone, Tuck and Tighten (starts at 12:30)
30 sweat-inducing minutes of moves made to help you burn calories and tone every part of your body. Patti will take you from one exercise to the next in a circuit-style workout to keep your heart rate up and your body moving.
Friday Spin and Shred
45 minutes of spinning and lifting. A perfect combination of cardio and strength training to end your week, burn tons of calories and start your weekend off on the right foot!
