 Participants of our CHANGE program will

  • Learn what to eat, when to eat and how much to eat to lose weight for your unique metabolism
  • Track your meals for optimum weight loss and energy throughout the day.
  • Be supported throughout the entire process through meetings and guided exercises sessions tailored to your level.
  • Learn why past diet programs have failed you and how to make this program work.
  • Learn how to eat at restaurants and still stay on track.
  • Understand how different nutrients (protein, fat, carbohydrates) affect your energy level, your mood, your sex drive and what the best amount of each nutrient is for you.
  • Discover other hidden causes of weight gain (stress, inflammation, etc) and how to identify them and get rid of them in your life.

 Step 1                         
Get a Resting Metabolic Test at The Fitness Spot 

  • The results of this test tell us how many calories your unique metabolism will need to lose weight.  This takes the guesswork out of dieting.  We are working with exact, scientific numbers, specific to your body. 
  • Resting Metabolic Tests take 30 minutes and need to be completed before the “Get Started” Meeting. 

Step 2
Attend the “Get Started” Meeting.  A
t this meeting you will:

  • Receive a CHANGE book to track your progress. 
  • Learn how to structure your meals to lose weight and boost energy
  • Learn how to track your daily nutrient intake and why this is important
  • Meet your CHANGE coaches who will be with you at other meetings and fitness sessions to help you during your transformation
  • Leave knowing exactly what you need to do to start losing weight today

Step 3
Determine which weekly Check-in and Fitness Meetings work for your schedule. 

Participants who attend at least one weekly 30-minute check-in meeting and one 30-minute fitness meeting have the highest rate of success.  

Topics addressed at 30-minute check-in meetings include:

  • Why eating breakfast is SO important.
  • Eating foods that have a low glycemic load and high phytonutrient index
  • How to plan ahead for a day full of meals on the go
  • Not all calories are the same.  Why macronutrient intake is just as important as caloric intake.

Fitness meetings are 30-minute work-out “meetings”, tailored to your level to maximize your weight loss.
